RETURN AN ITEM
Online orders can be returned or exchanged in Nakhle boutiques!
Your order can be returned in store or online for a credit voucher on your account valid for 1 month.
If you choose to return in store, we invite you to visit one of our store and provide your order number to one of our store associates.
If you choose to return online, the return form needs to be included in your package to ensure processing of your return.
If you choose to return multiple items from one order online, your return must be done in one shipment only. Items returned separately from an already refunded order will not be accepted.
If you need to return several orders, please do not combine the returns. All orders must be returned individually, using a separate return label for each order.
Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
Upon receipt of the return, Nakhle reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
REFUND POLICY
You have a maximum of 10 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
You can only exchange or return products that are new, unworn and clean. The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the clothing label.
EXCHANGES
Your online order can now be exchanged in our Nakhle boutiques!
To exchange an item in store, please return the item you wish to exchange in store and provide your order number to one of our store associates. ie: an order confirmation email or a shipment confirmation email.
To exchange an item online, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on nakhleshop.com.
DELIVERY ZONE
We offer free shipping in ALL Lebanon.
International Shipping cost varies depending on location and package size.
Taxes (VAT) are included in all of our transactions, but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. Our designated shipping company is Aramex . You may track your shipment using your Order I.D (tracking number) provided for you when transactions are complete.

QUALITY ISSUE
In spite of the great care we take with our products and the quality control we carry out, an item may exceptionally be defective. If that is the case, you have a period of 5 days from the date of purchase to return it free of charge.
If you notice a defect on a final sale item or a quality issue with one of your items, please contact Customer Service team via our contact form and select the ‘Product complaint/dispute ’ contact reason.
Please indicate :
- The reference of your item
- The order number
- The date of purchase
- A description of the quality issue
- Pictures of the problem encountered
