However, register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following:

1- Track your orders and review past purchases

2- Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

We accept both Visa and MasterCard. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by "BANK OF BEIRUT".

• Cash on delivery (only in Lebanon)
• Credit Card Machine on delivery (only in Lebanon, on request)
• Credit Card Online ( visa & mastercard)

We ship worldwide.

2 working days for local deliveries in Lebanon, and up to 6 working days for shipping to any other country.
Deliveries in Lebanon are free of charge. For other countries, our shipping prices are very competitive. It depends on the location of the countries and the weight of the products.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number from DHL to track your package.

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 7 days to decide whether to keep your items or send them back to us.
Exchanges and returns are complimentary and are subject to stock availability.
Please note that shipping fees and custom duties will have to be covered by non-Lebanese residents.
Return is redeemed in store credits or online credits. Valid for a period of 15 days. 

You can cancel an item, change the size or even edit the billing or shipping details prior to the payment. Once the order has been placed, we will not be able to add pieces to an existing order or cancel it.

We are available to answer any question you may have in regards to the products displayed on the website at Customer Support or by phone at +961 3 167168 The product code, (SKU) displayed in the product page, will be of help on this. However, all purchases have to be done via our website.

quality issue

In spite of the great care we take with our products and the quality control we carry out, an item may exceptionally be defective. If that is the case, you have a period of 5 days from the date of purchase to return it free of charge.
If you notice a defect on a final sale item or a quality issue with one of your items, please contact Customer Service team via our contact form and select the ‘Product complaint/dispute ’ contact reason.
Please indicate :
- The reference of your item
- The order number
- The date of purchase
- A description of the quality issue
- Pictures of the problem encountered
