Shipping & Delivery
After making a purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing all relevant order information and updates on shipping.
Once your items are prepared for delivery, you'll receive a fulfillment notification. Our delivery partners will get in touch within 2 days to verify the delivery date and address.
**Standard Shipping:**
- Orders are handled from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 5 PM, excluding holidays.
- Deliveries happen daily, except on Sundays and holidays.
- Domestic shipments typically arrive within 5 business days, assuming the address is correctly filled out.
- If our delivery service cannot reach you within 10 days to finalize delivery arrangements, your order will be canceled, and a refund (after deducting relevant costs) will be issued to your credit card.
**International Shipping:**
This is available under certain conditions:
- Payments can only be made via credit card.
- Customs fees are not included in the pricing.
- Exchanges and returns are not permitted.
- Shipping charges will be assessed individually.
- Similar to domestic orders, our carrier will contact you to confirm the delivery details.
If you are unreachable within 10 days or opt out of receiving the order, it will be canceled, and a refund (after deducting any costs) will be issued to your credit card.
